Delivery, Set Up & Collection
We take care of all logistics, delivering your hire items to your Ceremony location and Reception venue, setting everything up with care, and returning after your special day to collect it all. You get a seamless, stress‑free experience from start to finish.
Ceremony Concierge Service
Our Ceremony Concierge is the perfect add‑on for couples wanting extra support on the day. For two hours, we welcome guests, organise seating, hand out umbrellas if needed, assist vendors, alert the celebrant when the bride is ready, and help serve post‑ceremony drinks and food — ensuring everything flows effortlessly.
Rain Plan Preparation
We will help you prepare a thoughtful, practical wet‑weather backup plan so your ceremony remains beautiful and stress‑free, no matter what the Sunshine Coast skies decide to do.
Supplier Assistance
If you need help finding trusted local vendors, we can guide you toward reliable photographers, celebrants, and more — ensuring your wedding team is aligned with your vision
D.I.Y Hire Service
For couples who prefer a hands‑on approach, we offer flexible DIY hire options.
